  • Which financial year the question is about
  • For a notice: the section it quotes and the date on it
  • For GST: your GSTIN and whether returns are up to date
  • For a business: the entity type, and roughly what it turns over

Before you travel

The head office is at 302, Modi Heights, Ratu Road, Ranchi. Almost nobody needs to come here — documents are handled through the portal and questions on WhatsApp — but the door is open if you would rather sit across a desk.

  • Ratu Road is the arterial road running west out of the city centre; Modi Heights is on it.
  • Parking is on the road outside the building.
  • Come on a weekday if you can. Saturdays are short and busy.
  • Call before you travel — the person handling your file may be at a hearing.

Does it cost anything to ask a question?
No — a first conversation costs nothing. You describe your situation, we tell you what the work involves and quote a fixed price for it, and you decide from there. Nothing is charged before you have accepted a quote.
How quickly will someone get back to me?
Same working day for anything sent before 4pm, and usually within a couple of hours on WhatsApp. If your deadline is inside the next 48 hours, use WhatsApp or phone rather than email — say so in the first line and it gets moved up.
Do I have to come to the office?
No. Everything can be done without a visit — documents are uploaded from your phone, questions are answered on WhatsApp, and the filing acknowledgement comes back to your account. Clients across India work with us this way and most have never been to Ranchi.
I am not in Jharkhand. Can you still file for me?
Yes — filings are made under the jurisdiction your PAN and GSTIN already sit in, wherever that is in India. Nothing about the process depends on where the firm is, and there is no separate charge for being in another state.
I have a notice with a deadline this week. What do I do?
Send it on WhatsApp now, as a photo or PDF, and write the due date in the message. A notice with a live deadline is looked at the same day — the reply is what the section actually asks for and what we need from you, not a request to book a call.
What happens after I send the form?
Someone reads it and replies with the two or three questions that actually decide the price, then sends a fixed quote. If you accept it, the engagement opens in your account with a document checklist; if you do not, nothing further happens and you are not chased.
